Coated Bullets
Our premium coated bullets made with Hi-Tek Bullet Coating are now available. We have taken our traditional cast lead bullets and made them cleaner and easier to load. These pistol bullets are cast from our standard 92-6-2 lead alloy delivering a BHN of 16. They are then coated with two coats of polymer and heat treated. This coating is specifically designed to not leave lead fouling or other residues in your barrel. In addition, these bullets do not produce the smoke traditionally found with lubed lead bullets. These bullets have also been tested in polygonal barrels and have delivered great accuracy and reliability. With our coated bullets you can reload quality ammunition for less.
We recommend using comparable lead bullet loading data from a reliable source as a starting point. Increase your powder load incrementally until you achieve your desired power and accuracy.
